Molasses is a general term for concentrated juice from sugarcane or sugar beat or raw cane sugar
in concentrated solution after varying amounts of sucrose have been removed. Both sugar beet and
sugarcane molasses are used as fermentation sources for ethyl alcohol and other chemicals.
The proportion of molasses and its composition provide important information about the local
condition of production of the agriculture source (climatic condition, nature of soil, variety)
and at the same time the treatment received within the sugar factory (clarification,
crystallization, among others).
Our product enhances the quality and quantity of alcohol by hydrolysing unfermentable sugars and
converts the same to reducing sugar. It improves alcohol yield, fermentation cycle and plant
efficiency.
